Wagering Over the Phone

  • Our phones are generally answered with: "How may I help you?". The Customer must give their Personal Account Number and password before they may wager or access their account information.
  • All phone conversations are recorded. After wagers are placed there will be no read back. All wagers that are recognizable on tape are considered placed. If a call gets disconnected it is the player's responsibility to call again and to make sure he/she received all his/her bets or to cancel bets.
  • Play back of the recording settles all claims and disputes. In the event of a discrepancy with a wager, you will be able to listen to the digital playback of your conversation/transaction. The Manager will then decide if an adjustment to your betting account is necessary. Management's decision is FINAL.

Wagering Over the Internet

  • The Customer must log in using their Personal Account Number and password before they may wager or access their account information.
  • It is the Customers responsibility to keep their password secure. All wagers placed in the account will be binding. Passwords can be changed on request by the Customer at any time.
  • Each wager must be confirmed using the Customers wagering password. If a wager has not been confirmed, it will not be entered in the account.
  • It is the Customers responsibility to review their wagers after each play, or before logging out to make sure all bets are correct. If the Customer has made a mistake entering a play, the play can be deleted if:

    1. The mistake is reported no more than 30 minutes from the time the wager was placed;
    2. The wagered event has not begun;
    3. A line or odds change on the event has not occurred.
    4. The wager amount is $500 or less.

  • Our Sportsbook reserves the right to terminate any player or any account of any agent/sub-agent at any time. Any unused portion of the deposit (if any) will be reimbursed to the player.
  • Generally, postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a No Action Wager, and money will be credited back to the account. Certain sports have exceptions such as Tennis or Golf matchups where a wager will continue until the match is final. See our sports guide for more info.
  • All sporting events must be played at their originally scheduled time, place, and date unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and then later rescheduled, it will be deemed "No Action" and all moneys will be credited accordingly. Certain sports have exceptions such as Tennis or Golf matchups where a wager will continue until the match is final. See our sports rules for more info.
  • When logged in, the player’s account balance can be shown on his/her computer screen (click on the “ACCOUNT/CONTACT INFO” option). Baseball Rules

  • When wagering on baseball moneylines, the following options apply to pitchers:
    Pitcher Options:
    1. Listed Pitchers - both pitchers must start in order to have action.
    2. Selected Action - the pitcher of the team you have wagered on must start in order to have action.
    3. Opposing Action - the pitcher of the opposite team you have wagered on must start in order to have action.
    4. Action - there is action regardless of the starting pitcher.

*Starting Pitcher = Pitcher who starts game and throws the first pitch for the team. *Choosing an action bet (options 2, 3, or 4) might lead to an adjusted price if the starting pitcher does not start the game since the original price was based on the listed (advertised) pitcher starting the game.

If selecting Action and a pitching change occurs, the stake amount used in the original bet shall be the foundation for the bet in the adjusted price (ie Mets -110 Risking 550 to win 500 and a pitching change occurs making the new mets price -180. In this case the player will still be risking his original $550 but at -180 odds, giving the player a new adjusted bet of Mets -180 risking $550 to win $305. Likewise, should this original bet had a pitching change and the Mets gone to +120, then the newly adjusted bet would read, Mets +120 risking $550 to win $660).
This is the only way to insure that a player DOES NOT LOSE MORE THAN ORIGINALLY INTENDED and is the standard way of processing pitching changes in all sportsbooks.
  • When wagering on runlines, game totals, or team totals, both listed (advertised) pitchers must start, otherwise there is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" on straight wagers, and parlays drop to the next lower level
  • A baseball game becomes official for moneyline wagering purposes after 4 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 5 innings if visiting team is winning.
  • If a game is cancelled or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).
  • Money will be refunded if the home team ties the game, and the game is then suspended.
  • Events do not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).
  • For runlines and game totals (over/under), a baseball game becomes official after 8 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 9 innings if visiting team is winning.
  • When betting on "mega runs," all games that are covered must be declared official for action. Action continues on mega run bets regardless of starting pitchers.
  • Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here
  • Interleague games do NOT count towards the total runs scored on National League nor American League, however they DO count for the Grand Salami.

MLB Series

Bets on series are based on the FIRST 3 GAMES PLAYED of each series. Neither team can play another opponent between scheduled games. At least two games must be played for sides to have action. If neither team has the lead after the first two games (1-1), then wagers will be deemed no action for sides. All three games must be played for totals to have action. All wagers are based on action. (no listed pitchers)

For Series Money Lines all 3 games must go 4½ innings if home team is winning (5 if visitor is winning) . For Series Totals all 3 games must go 8½ innings if home team is winning (9 if visitor is winning)

MLB Player Props

Game must go 8.5 inn or more in order to have action , unless prop is already complete.
i.e. 1st inning pitches, 1st called pitch or total pitches in gm , etc if the pitcher is done or past the 1st inn those bets stand

MLB PLAYER PROPS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE BANNER: All player(s) involved in each prop + listed Starting Pitchers must start for action
FOR REGULAR SEASON PLAYER PROPS AND PLAYER MATCHUPS: PLAYERS MUST START SEASON ON 25 MAN ROSTER. IF ANY START ON THE DL = NO ACTION
REGULAR SEASON ONLY - IF A PLAYER IS TRADED, BET IS GRADED WITH HIS COMBINED STATS.
FOR REGULAR SEASON SERIES MATCHUP PROPS: TEAMS MUST PLAY A MINIMUM OF 15 GAMES VS EACH OTHER FOR ACTION.
FOR REGULAR SEASON WINS: TEAMS MUST PLAY 160 REGULAR SEASON GAMES FOR ACTION. REGULAR SEASON PLAYOFF GAMES DO NOT COUNT.
TOTAL BASES PROPOSITIONS: listed players must start. A batter is only credited for total bases if he hits a single (1 base), a double (2 bases), a triple (3 bases) or a home run (4 bases).
A walk, hit by pitch, error, balk, fielder’s choice, or passed ball do not count for this proposition.

MLB 2ND HALVES

Bets are based on the score from the top of the 6t inning till the end of the game. Must be a complete game (i.e. 9 innings, or 8.5 inning if the home team is ahead). Wagers include extra innings.

All wagers are action, regardless of pitcher.

MLB Number of innings TIED in a Game

  • Wager is for number of individual innings that have the exact same number of runs scored regardless of game score. Individual innings with a score of 0 runs away to 0 runs home COUNT as a tied inning for this prop.

PITCHER PROPS

  • Pitcher must start and pitch at least 4 full innings for action, unless the outcome of the wager has already been decided.

NCAA Baseball

  • Postponed or canceled games before scheduled start time will be consider no action.
  • For Total runs the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action.

  • All bets are action regardless of who pitches for each team.
  • If a game is called, suspended, or declared a tie in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.

10-Run Rule

Horse Racing

Fixed Odds Wagering

  • Wagering on Future Events i.e. Breeders Cup, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, etc.

  • Horse Race Outrights, no refunds will be issued in any of the wagers regardless if there are non-starters(Al Bets Action)

  • If the horse that is wagered upon does not qualify to enter the race, the wager is a loss.

Thoroughbred Wagering

  • Wagers can be placed on all thoroughbred tracks as well as on selected harness racks.

  • Wagering is possible by Win, Place, Show, Exactas, Quinellas, Trifectas, Parlays and Daily Doubles.

Horse Rules

  • A time stamp will be placed on all wagers.

  • All horse wagers must be placed prior to the tracks post time. All bets confirmed after this cutoff will be canceled.

  • Wagers will be graded by horse name and not the program or post position number.

  • When betting horses with an entry, and you want action on all horses in the entry, you must choose the entry, i.e. 1X (Entry), and not an individual horse. For example, in a race with 1, 1A, and 1X, you must place a bet on 1X to guarantee action on both 1 and 1A. By placing a bet on 1X, you still have action even if one of the horses in the entry is a scratch.

  • You also have the option of placing a bet on an individual horse (i.e. 1 or 1A) in an entry which means you only want action on the entry bet if the individual horse selected does not scratch. If the individual horse selected runs, your wager will be treated the same as a bet on 1X (Entry).

  • Exotic wagers will only be paid in cases where the particular track offers this type of bet. If an exotic wager is placed on a race that does not offer it, the wager will be refunded.

  • Please contact your agent for payout odds.

Horse Matchups

  • All horses listed in the matchup must start in order for there to be action. However, in cases where the matchups are against "The Field," (meaning all other horses in the race) and a horse scratches that is part of "The Field," the bet will still stand.

  • The winner of a horse matchup is the horse with the best finish placement.

  • When a Race is moved from Turf to Dirt surface, all wagers will be voided. Race must go on the scheduled surface.

  • In Horse Match-Ups any Horse that is subsequently Disqualified is demoted to that position.

  • Any Match-Up that involves a Horse running for purse money ONLY, will be graded as No Action. Effective as of Aug/23/2021.

  • Any Match-Ups associated with races contested without parimutuel results will be graded as No Action. Effective as of Aug/24/2021.

Horse racing betting guide

Specifying Horses and Races:

  • Horses are identified by saddlecloth number, not by name.

  • Clients are responsible for their selections of both horse and race numbers.

Scratches:

  • All Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, Quinella, Win, Place and Show bets that include the scratched horse will be refunded. Only the portion of combos that include said horse will be refunded.

  • Scratches involving multiple race wagers (pick 3s, 4s and 6s) are subject to the host tracks official rules. A horse scratching does not refund these ticket parts automatically. Winning tickets for multiple race wagers are refunded to your account based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. It is customary for said runners to be included with the winning horse if, and only if, the race is won by the post time favorite. In the event that a horse is scratched in a multiple race wager, and it is not in the first leg, the track will give you the post time favorite or the consolation. The decision is left to the host track.

  • If a horse is a late scratch and the host track pays out consolations, we will also pay the same consolations. If the host track deems a scratch as a full refund, we will also refund any parts of multiple horse combinations accordingly.

  • Daily Double Wagers

  • If the runner selected in the first leg of the Daily Double is a scratch, tickets will be refunded automatically.

  • Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. For example, if a horse is scratched during the second leg of a daily double event and the host track pays a consolation, we will also pay the consolation. If the host track does not pay consolations for whatever reason, we will not pay consolations either.

  • Please contact Customer Service for a refund in the event that an entry is not calculated correctly.

Golf

General rules

  • Tournament placings will be determined by the official rules of the respective governing body. This includes a play-off, additional round, FedExCup Starting Strokes, or any other process which is used to determine the placings.

  • Dead heat rule: In case of a tie, the original winning amount will be divided by the number of winning selections.

  • If a tournament does not go the scheduled number of holes (usually 72), and governing body officials agree to shorten it, wagers are still valid.

  • “The Field” includes all players not listed and is usually represented as “The Field” (any other golfers).

  • “All Bets Action” means that, whenever stated on the banner, all wagers stand regardless of whether the players tee off or not.

Odds to win

  • Player must tee off for action.

  • If the player doesn't tee off, all wagers on that player will be canceled and all monies will be refunded, unless the tournament otherwise states “All Bets Action”.

Tournament Matchups

  • The winner of the match-ups will be decided by which golfer ends up with the lowest score having played equal rounds.

  • Both golfers must tee off in the tournament or the wager will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded.

  • If one of the golfers misses the cut, withdraws, or is disqualified during the tournament, the opposing golfer wins the match-up.

  • If both players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will determine the winner.

  • If both players have the same score, then all wagers on the money line will be refunded and all wagers on the spread will be graded accordingly.

Round Matchups

  • Matchups for individual rounds are listed according to Round. E.g. R1 = Round 1, R2 = Round 2, etc.

  • If both players have the same score, then all wagers on the money line will be refunded and all wagers on the spread will be graded accordingly.

  • Both golfers must tee off in the round or the wager will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded.

  • If one of the golfers withdraws, or is disqualified during the round, the opposing golfer wins the match-up.

  • Subsequent disqualification, after the round score has been recorded by the official site, does not count for wagering purposes. For example, if one of the golfers is disqualified after the round has been completed and scored, the opposing golfer remains the winner of the match-up for wagering purposes.

*Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.

Soccer

  1. Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match is suspended or postponed, and not resumed within 24 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
The exception being any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match

  2. If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on both teams will be lost.

  3. Unless otherwise specified, wagers on the outcome of a match will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited to: first goal scorer, if a goal has been scored; first half wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.

  5. For 1/4 and 3/4 handicap spread or total explanation, please refer to rule 6 Handicap Betting.

  1. Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.

  2. Should there be a dispute over a proposition (examples include, but are not limited to: name of the first goalscorer; time of a goal) wagers will be settled and paid based on the reports of the sporting media.

  3. Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.

  4. Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.
Example: Suppose AC Milan lead Juventus 1-0 at half time and the odds on the second half are Juventus -0.5. The -0.5 applies to the second half of play only. Therefore Juventus bettors win if Juventus scores more goals in the second half than AC Milan scores in the second half. AC Milan bettors win if the teams score an equal number of goals in the second half, or if AC Milan scores more goals in the second half than Juventus scores in the second half.
The match must reach full time for second half wagers to stand.

  5. Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition:
Bets are paid out on the referee’s final whistle at the match’s natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.
In a one-leg match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, unplayability of the pitch, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body. Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiture, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.
In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams ‘to qualify’ or ‘to advance’ are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.

  6. Wagers made on a team winning a specific cup or trophy will have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks. For example, a bet made on AC Milan to win the Champions League Trophy would have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks and would be graded on the result after those added sessions(if they were needed to be played).

  7. For proposition bets concerning total number of goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for total number of goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.

  8. For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for home vs away goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.

  9. For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals for a given League or competition on a given day, the team listed on top in a neutral field game (denoted by "(n)") will be considered the home team.

  10. Player Proposition: A proposition bet concerning if a player will score, or not score, in a specific match includes regulation time (plus injury time) only. Own goals do not count. For wagers to have action, the player must start the match. Bets on any player who does not start the match will be cancelled.

  11. Yellow Card Propositions:

    • For grading purposes, only yellow cards are included for Total Yellow Card Propositions. When a player receives a second yellow card (and as a result, a red card), the player will have been shown two yellow cards.

    • If a player receives a straight red card, he will not necessarily have been shown a yellow card previously in the match. Therefore, a straight red card is not included in the grading of Total Yellow Card propositions.

    • For example, a game with two yellow cards and a straight red card would be graded as two yellow cards; Or, a game with two players with one yellow card each and one player with a red card (as a result of two yellow cards for the same player) would be graded as four yellow cards.

    • For betting purposes all yellow cards shown to any player count (this includes those playing or sitting on the bench). Any cards shown to “non-playing” staff do not count.

    • Yellow cards during periods of extra time are not included. Only Yellow cards shown during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.

  1. Corner Kick Proposition: For grading purposes, Corner Kicks which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Corner Kicks which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.

  2. Offsides Proposition: For grading purposes, Offsides which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Offsides which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.

  3. Exact Score and Both Teams to Score Propositions: For grading purposes, only goals in regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.

  4. Head to Head Matchup Propositions: For grading purposes, wagers will be graded based on the completion of each of the competition's stages (i.e. qualifying rounds, group stages, quarterfinals, etc.) and not based on who is eliminated first. In other words, if one team is eliminated in the semifinals based on a Tuesday match result and the other team is also eliminated in the semifinals based on a Wednesday match result, wagers would be graded no action.

  5. For proposition wagers on which team will score first, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If there are zero goals in regulation/injury time, then all wagers on this proposition will have no action and be refunded.

  6. For halftime/fulltime score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If match does not go full time, then all wagers on this proposition will be refunded.

  7. For correct score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If the score is 0-0 in Full Time, then no goals or exact score of 0-0 will be declared the winner.

  8. A Clean Sheet will be defined as a team not allowing a goal in regulation or added injury time only. Any goals allowed in Extra Time or Penalty shootouts will not affect this wager.

  9. For "will a team have a clean sheet and win" propositions, the team must have a clean sheet(as defined above) and be ahead at the end of regulation/injury time. If the team is not ahead at the end of regulation/injury time, then the related proposition will be graded NO.

  10. Any discipline (yellow card, red card, sending off) that occurs after the whistle that ends regulation time will not count toward related propositions for that match.

  11. At times (in the Champion's League or other major competitions) we may offer the proposition "will both Team A and Team B win on a given day." Wagers on this proposition will be graded based on Full Time (extra time, and shootouts are not included). If either team does not win in Full Time, then NO bets will be graded as winners and YES bets will lose.
For action, both games must reach Full Time. If either game is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of this proposition are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.

World Cup Entire Tournament Propositions

  1. Entire Tournament Propositions: For grading purposes, the following propositions which are related to the activity over the entire tournament (and not individual games) will include overtime, but not penalty shoot-outs:

    • Total goals in the entire tournament by individuals,

    • Total goals scored by each Country over the entire tournament,

    • Will a hat trick be scored in any game of the tournament, and

    • Top scorer over the entire tournament

  1. Players to be sent off over the entire tournament for Red and Yellow cards: Please note that unlike individual game rules, if player receives yellow or red card after final whistle of regulation, these cards will count toward proposition for entire tournament total. Red and Yellow cards received during overtime or during penalty shootouts also will count toward the entire tournament total.

  2. For all "who will score more goals" matchups, both players must play in the first game of their respective team for action.

  3. For all propositions concerning an individual player's over/under goals for the entire tournament, that player must play in his team's first game of the tournament for bets to have action.

Tennis

General Rules

  • Spreads and totals are based on GAMES, not on sets.

  • We accept bets on all major tennis events using straight money lines.

    Example:

We provide all tennis wagers on the individual matches or sets. Matchups must be fully completed without player's withdrawal, incapacity or disqualification for bets to stand. If a match is rescheduled due to scheduling, weather problems, bad light, etc. then all bets will have action and all wagers will stand. All tennis future bets are placed as *"All In"* unless otherwise stated. If a player withdraws before participating, then all bets on that player are settled as a loss.

Fixed Odds

  • Like other similar types of contests, you may wager on a player to win a tournament at fixed odds.

  • Tournament wagers are considered "All-In." Refunds are not given if a player withdraws.

Boxing

Types of Wagers

  • Wagering on a fighter usually involves Moneyline (Win Price) types of odds.

  • Proposition wagering is often available including total number of rounds, win by knock-out, win by decision, and even wager on the draw.

  • The draw is available as a proposition. If you wager on a fighter, and the fight ends in a draw, the wager is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money is refunded.

Boxing Rules

  • OVER/UNDER ROUNDS – When betting on the total rounds on a fight, the half round is determined by half of the total duration of the round plus one second for the over. I.E. if the total is 9½ rounds, and each round consists of 3 minutes, for the over to be a winner the fight has to go at least 9 complete rounds plus 1 minute and 31 seconds of the 10th round.

  • The decision that is declared the night of the fight will be considered final and used when grading wagers. Wagers will not be re-graded if the decision is overturned at a later point in time.

  • If a match is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 7 days of the original start time, all bets stand. If rescheduled for more than 7 days later, all single bets are void and wagers refunded while affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg. (Unless Otherwise Stated in the Event Disclaimer)

  • Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.

Mixed Martial Arts

MMA Rules

  • OVER/UNDER ROUNDS – When betting on the total rounds on a fight, the half round is determined by half of the total duration of the round plus one second for the over. I.E. if the total is 1½ rounds, and each round consists of 5 minutes, for the over to be a winner the fight has to go at least 1 complete round plus 2 minutes and 31 seconds of the 2nd round.

  • In case of a draw, tie-breaker rules will not count for wagering purposes, thus wagers on said event will be graded as a push.

Motor racing

General Motor Racing Rules - Applies to all series:

  • Results will be graded at the end of the race as posted on the official site for that series e.g. Nascar.com, f1.com, indyracingleague.com etc. If there was an error on the site in the posting of the results, then the results will be regraded. If changes are subsequently made due to appeals or decisions of the governing body unrelated to the original finishing order (i.e. penalties for rules infractions, dangerous driving, etc.) the original results will still be deemed as the official results for grading purposes. Appeals and administrative penalties are not applicable for betting purposes.

All Odds to win propositions are action unless a disclaimer is made on the site stating the exception.

For win bets and pole bets to count at least 1/2 of the scheduled drivers must start in the race or in the qualifying session for pole bets. Similarly for multiple position bets such as top 3, top 8 etc. at least 2/3 of the scheduled drivers must start in the race. If fewer than 2/3 of the scheduled drivers start all bets will be graded as a push/cancel.

Wagering on the "Field" includes any driver that odds have not been assigned to.

If a postponed race takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled start time all bets have action.

Match-Up betting: Applies to all series.

  • When wagering on a match-up, both drivers involved must start the race otherwise the wager is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and money is refunded. The start of the race is signified by the lap where the cars have completed the warm up laps and the race begins to countdown. In NO instance will warm up laps be counted for betting purposes. In a case where the starting driver is replaced during the race with another driver from the same team, the position the new driver finishes in will be awarded to the original driver. This holds for wagering on win odds and/or match-ups.

In head to head betting if 2 drivers retire from the race on the first lap then all bets on those drivers will be graded as a push/cancel. Subsequent to the first lap, the final results posted on the official body's website will be used for grading purposes.

Qualifying Matchups - all series:

  • Qualifying match-ups are graded based on qualifying times (not the starting line-up).

  • Qualifying match-ups are deemed action as soon as the driver starts the qualifying lap and the timer begins.

  • If a driver has started the qualifying lap, but does not post a time because of mechanical failure, accident, etc. the wager will still be graded as action.

  • If the driver fails to start the qualification for any reason (i.e. does not begin the timed qualifying session), then the wager will be graded as no action, and money refunded.

  • If a driver starts a qualifying session, but fails to post a time, then the driver will be deemed to have no time, which is the slowest time possible. If two drivers are matched up against each other, and neither posts a time, the matchup will be graded as a push/cancel.

  • In the case where two drivers post the exact same time to the thousandth of a second, then the matchup will be graded as a push/cancel. The starting position where the governing body places them in this instance is not relevant for betting purposes.

  • For NASCAR only, qualifying matchups are closed at the start of first practice unless a disclaimer is made on the site otherwise. This may occur when practice is the day before qualifying. If a disclaimer is not made, any qualifying bets made after the first practice session has begun will be graded as no action, and the bets will be refunded.

  • The official result as declared by the sports governing body is used to decide bets on sports not mentioned in this guide.

E-Sports

  1. The start dates and times displayed on our website for E-Sports are an approximation for reference only and are not guaranteed to be correct. That means, wagers are graded based on the official starting time of the match, regardless of the time displayed on our website.
If a match is actually suspended or postponed and not resumed within 12 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
The exception being any wager on whether a team/player advances in a tournament or wins the tournament will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match.

  2. If the name of a player or team is misspelled, all wagers will stand as long as it’s clear what game or match the wagers are on. If a player or team changes their name, lines offered using their previous name will have action as long as it’s clear what game or match the wagers are on.

  3. If in an official match a player plays with the wrong nickname or on a smurf-account, the result is still valid unless it is evident that it is not the player that was supposed to play that match.

  4. All wagers will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the competition concerned.

  5. If a draw option has not been made available, then extra time will count, if played.

  6. Handicap betting: A spread in E-Sports can be Rounds/Maps or other counting measures dependent on the game. The spread will only be referred to as the spread. (For example, in Counter Strike the spread will be rounds won, while in Starcraft 2 the spread would be maps).
Handicapping is a way of making a sports contest more even and thus more interesting as a betting object. In E-Sports betting, this is done by awarding one of the teams/players, the underdog, some maps/rounds ahead

  7. For example:

      Handicap Odds
    Player A -1.5 2.00
    Player B +1.5 1.85

If Player A wins the match by two maps or more, Player A bettors win and Player B bettors lose. If Player A wins by exactly one map or Player B wins, Player B bettors win and PlayerA bettors lose.

  8. Total Betting: A total in E-sports can be Rounds/Maps or other counting measures dependent on the game. The total will only be referred to as the total.

Example for a best of three SC2 Match:

    Over 2.5 1.93
    Under 2.5 1.93

  9. If either player wins 2-0 all bets on under 2.5 will win, while bets on the over will lose. If either player wins 2-1 all bets on the over win, while bets on the under lose.

  10. If a map is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all bets on the outcome will have action and will be validated based on the official declared winner. Counter-Strike maps are exceptions to this rule, for which all moneyline, spread and total bets are canceled if a team retires or is disqualified before all scheduled map rounds are played.

  11. Should a player/team withdraw before a tournament begins, or retire during a tournament, bets on that player/team to win the tournament, or to advance in tournament, will be canceled and monies refunded.
If the respective player/team withdraws before the tournament begins while being listed as “must start”, then wagers on whether a player/team advances in tournament or wins the tournament, will have no action and monies refunded – this applies to all players/teams participant in the tournament.

  12. If the announced number of maps/rounds is changed or the match is offered with an incorrect map/round format, all bets on the handicap and total are cancelled. Bets on the moneyline (outcome of the match) have action.

  13. If a player or team receives a walkover or win by admin decision on a map before the start of the map all wagers on the map will be cancelled.

  14. In CS:GO: If a team retires, receives a win by admin decision or is disqualified before all scheduled rounds on a map are played, all wagers on the map will be cancelled.
In Dota2, League of Legends and other games: If a walkover or win by admin decision is given in the first 10 minutes of a map, all wagers on the map will be cancelled. If a win by admin decision is awarded past minute 10, the map will be graded using the official result.
If wagers on at least one map of a series were cancelled due to any of the reasons listed above, all wagers on the series line will also be cancelled. Furthermore, If at least one map of a series is postponed by more than 12 hours, all wagers on the series will be cancelled.
